Why did you choose TKE?
I was very involved on campus and knew guys from different organizations but the ones I knew from TKE were truly remarkable men. I was drawn to their diversity and business mindset. I have never been about following the majority but rather being unique and different.
Who influneced you most in your time in the Fraternity?
There were many guys who made an impact in my life while at FIU but perhaps the ones that influenced me the most were Jose Toscano, David Gimenez and our late President, James Noel.
Share your best college/Fraternity memory?
Being Hegemon was one of my favorite Fraternity memories. I was able to make an impact in our chapter and create lifelong friendships with the pledge classes I educated.
What was the most important thing you learned in the Fraternity?
How to work with different people and even though we may have different opinions, we worked together to accomplish a common goal.
Describe the Fraternity in three words?
Diverse. Loyal. Family
How did your education and/or Fraternity experience prepare you for where you are today?
My time as an undergrad TEKE prepared me to problem solve, work under pressure, network and most importantly, helped me learn how to work with different types of individuals.
What is your greatest professional accomplishment?
Owning my own business has always been a goal for me. I am fortunate to own a very successful business with my wife.
What advice would you give current students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in your professional field?
Work hard and always look for ways to help people. Givers gain mentality is crucial in the service or hospitality field.
What is something people may not know about you?
I love real estate investing and enjoy looking for new opportunities to invest in.
